Sonam is Founder of Tibet Universal Travel. Our principal travel agency in Tibet. Prior to Organizing tours in Tibet, Sonam is a Professional Tibet tour guide and avid outdoorsman with Enthusiast to all mountaineering and rock-climbing. 

He has a varied background in communications and marketing in the tourism industry, as well as business. he also have a particular interest in sustainable tourism. He speaks Chinese, English fluently, in addition to Tibetan.

With over 15 years of eco-tourism and hospitality management experiences, He have worked on various projects related to tourism, and emergency preparedness and response in the charity sector.

He is currently look after marketing, communications and quality assurance of both our domestic and international tour portfolio.
